High Street Tour

Whether you’re spending a day in Eton, or you live here, our walking tours are the perfect way to find out more about this historic town, as well as discovering the best places to eat, drink and shop. 

This tour, delivered by one of our team, will take you along the High Street, telling the stories of days gone by in Eton. The tour will last approx. 30 minutes, ending in perfect time for you to visit the popular Museum of Eton Life at Eton College after your tour, and continue your historical journey.

While there is a maximum number for this tour of 6 people there is no minimum, so if you are visiting Eton on your own or you are new to the area and want to find out a bit more about the place you’ve moved to we’d love to guide you up the High Street. 

Tours run Saturdays and Sundays, but please check availablity in advance to avoid disappointment as they may not be running every weekend.

Book your tour now by calling 01753 852588 or pop in to the EIC on the day to book your spot. Tours cost £5 and include a copy of the Eton Walkway, so you can continue your exploring long after the tour is done. Under 12’s go free. 

Please arrive at least ten minutes before your tour is due to start, and earlier if you need to buy a ticket on the day.
