Getting to Eton

Eton is well served by two railway stations – Windsor & Eton Central, which operates on a branch line connecting through to London Paddington, and also Windsor & Eton riverside which connects straight through to London Waterloo, in approximately 50 minutes.

When driving to Eton, we recommend approaching from the M4 direction / Junction 5 or 6.   Please note that there is no vehicle route over Windsor & Eton town bridge.

There is parking in Eton – at Meadow Lane Pay & Display car park, and most accommodation offer their own off-street or private car parks; please check with your individual accommodation.

Eton is approximately 20 mins drive from London Heathrow Airport.

If you are visiting Eton from Windsor, it is a pleasant 5 minute walk over the river across Windsor & Eton Bridge; there are various car parks in Windsor, both short stay and long stay.
